Registration for children to receive treatment TeamSmile KC Chiefs

The Kansas City Chiefs & TeamSmile are providing free dental health education, screening and treatment Saturday November 21, 2009 at the Pavilion located at Arrowhead Stadium. The Pavilion is located above Lot E. Registration is limited to the first 120 registrations.  Appointment times will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis. Dental screenings will be provided to children ages 2-17.

Children receiving treatment will receive two tickets to the Chiefs vs. Bills Game on December 13, 2009.
